You are free to play HodlGod without a wallet, but if you want to leverage the Play-To-Earn, you will need to create a WAX address and link it to the game.
Signup for a WAX Wallet on https://all-access.wax.io/arrow-up-right
Link your wallet to the game by going to the Link Wax Wallet menu and following the instructions. You can also follow the steps in thisarrow-up-right video
Once your wallet is linked, you can buy NFTs or simply start earning
