# Tier 4

Tier 4 is where you start becoming vital to the infrastructure of NiftyVille. 

These are high tier business and government properties. This includes police stations, hospitals, banks, large construction sites, and more important services. 

Owning these properties gives you an even higher NFT yield than the tier 3 properties, with an increased chance at receiving even more rare than rare NFTs.
