Tier 5 is when you become the mayor of your own town. There are only 12 mayors within NiftyVille. Not only does being a mayor grant you a beautiful piece of real estate, but you also receive a much higher yield than all of the business properties, with an increased chance at rare NFTs. On top of this, mayors have the potential to be airdropped entire real estate properties for free.

Mayors take part in City Council for NiftyVille, participating in the world’s progression. Mayors have a specifically high level of influence in regards to the city or town that they are the mayor of. Help decide the future of your town, and lead your constituents to a brighter future.
